Welcome to all Pitch! Subscribers. We've only just launched, and everything is a bit hectic, so we apologize if your new subscription experience isn't yet perfect, but we're working on it. Hopefully, in the future, whether you're a new subscriber or have been here fore a while, this page will answer any questions you may have.

What is a Pitch! Membership
When you subscribe to Pitch!, you get access to various perks and benefits, including the ability to comment on posts. To see the full list of perks available for each membership tier, click the Subscribe or Account button in the top menu. If you're already signed in, click the "Change" link on your current plan.
When will I receive my perks?
Perks related to viewing content and commenting will happen immediately upon signing up for a higher tier. For other perks unrelated to site content, you will receive an email containing more information (like merch discount codes, instructions for getting notes from Leah, etc..). Currently, these emails are not automated, so please give us a few days to send. We appreciate your patience.
What if I have other questions about my membership?

What if I already have a subscription via Supporting Cast?
We're no longer using Supporting Cast to create subscriptions. Please cancel your supporting cast subscription and sign up to become a member on our website. If your subscription tier includes commercial free episodes, you'll get an invite to supporting cast that doesn't require payment.
